According to the objective identification and method selection for the energy efficiency supervision of largescale public buildings, proposes the supervision system  composed of the four systems of energy consumption statistics, energy auditing, energy consumption ration and price raising for over ration. By means of the comparative competition theory and information public policy to introduce the energy efficiency publicnoticing system, and analyses the amplification of the publicnoticing system to the energy efficiency supervision system, and determines that the key factor of the energy efficiency supervision system in China is to establish an operation energy efficiency supervision system taking energy efficiency publicnoticing as a core, the energy consumption statistical data as a base, the energy auditing as a technical support, the energy consumption ration as a scale and the price raising for over ration as an economic lever.
